BSI’s Solera® heated counter displays combine the best of modern design with innovative warm food holding technology. Available in both drop-in and countertop models, Solera’s glass and ceramic construction allows the unit to remain at a constant temperature while the stainless-steel edges stay cool. This ensures your countertops are safe from heat damage while allowing hot foods to be placed next to cold foods. Each heated display is operated by infinite controller and lets you set the holding temperature between 180° and 250°F.
